Last week of our first Sovereign challenge of the year

The Sovereign challenge was about expression, vision and the future. This is easy for some of us and hard for others but it is necessary for progress.

Those of us who committed to the challenge worked on our GRAILS goal-setting for the month to clarify our quest and met each Sunday to touch base with support and accountability. On these calls we explored a vision statement to clarify our WHY and also strategic values to guide our decision making for the future and tactical values to guide our decision making now. We also explored many issues around personal brand and had a guest speaker who unpacked social media best practices.

February kicks off our first Lover archetype of the year. This is our house of belonging which must include a deep and successful relationship with ourselves, our people and the world.
