Day 13
I’ve dropped the ball on exercise today and did not write. Off my game but recomitting tomorrow by knocking out those out first thing. When I wait to the end of the day my odds always drop.
12/13 Check-in
Another day of getting my but kicked by this virus. Hoping today is the worst of it. Kept hydrated, at what I could and took vitamins.

Ooh, I feel ya, buddy. Was me last week. Hang in there and you’ll be back shoveling snow soon!
Check in 12-12 (late!)
Hit my goal with a basic arm workout, and short run after dark. Protein was hit, but also with a lot of carbs so I’m counting today as a “miss.” Water was met. I also spent another night journaling some ideas and goals I have going forward in the next weeks, months and year. This will be revisited in the coming weeks to ensure I have achievable goals, as well as goals that will need a lot of background work to be realistically obtainable.

Awesome. We're gonna do a GRAILS goal setting for 2026 later this month so keep those notes!

Got back into my little gym again today and got in an hour workout before I headed into work. Missed my water goal today, but met my protein once I got home from work. (I know! Late meals before bed are no good!) Spent some time tonight journaling the past seven months of issues that are mostly over as of today. Felt really good to get those thoughts and feelings into paper.

Brilliant, Ken. Is there anything you can share about your resolution of issues? We can all learn from that!

@Ken Bass thanks, friend. Good men in bad organizations are always up against it. I had that experience with my last job with a big leadership company and had to get out to save my career and soul. Hard and scary but Wolf Tribe and this version of me was borne of it. May the same transformation appear for you!

Let's GO Wolf-Woman! Thanks for being involved in that quest with us. Tanya has the students on her wolf programs write letters to representatives as class projects. Have you checked out Apex? Could be a good alliance for you over here.

@Heather Conrow They could be a good partner on what you are doing in CO and vice versa.
