Daily check-ins= didn't happen I moved through the week more grounded and more courageous to show up as me. Weekwas full of baby-sitting, resting and recovering from the trip, being with my kids, and attending sporting events. Taking my kids to a 5k tomorrow morning. Cross country season is near! My hometown festival is tomorrow. It's called the Country Fest. 2 Unique features: turtle soup and tractor square dancing. I'll post a short video if I catch a performance. 🚜

Through her work as a creative director and co-founder of a nonprofit serving people who are currently and formerly incarcerated, Morgan has spent years witnessing what happens when people reclaim authorship of their lives. Through a simple four-part process, she helps people understand who they are, where they've been, what they're creating, and what may be standing in their way. Got some good news that my Dad was moved out of ICU and into a regular room- baby steps but they are in the right direction. I didnt post last night- @Philip Folsom took me out on a date- super fun!
