today was another solid day in the perfect day run. So momentum building is happening with what I can happliy state it day 5 in a row since vacationing. Just got back from the adult award reception at the local regional art event. Was a really nice time. Tomorrow I run the kids event and will fill the middle part of my day with art scavenger hunts and drawing challenges with the kids (and of course awards!) Hope all are moving through a solid week. Look forward to connecting with everyone on Sunday! (And here’s the long awaited pictures of the piece that won 😁)

Another heavy day pushing with @Morgan Vicki Todd and @Tanya Folsom on the book and it's done! Heavy lift with 100 images and many deep and interconnected themes between wolves and humans and how to use it now. Looking forward to seeing what y'all think. Should be on Amazon by Friday or so. I'm gassed but got my rolling in and dogs out and not much else on my perfect day list.

just back from Tae Kwon Do and about to put the finishing touches on perfect day #2. All the kids art at the art show got judged and hung today - accomplished in half the time as last year. Love when you can refine processes. So much fun to see all the creations- just over 100 of them! Also, looks like I took first place in the Adult Professional Sculpture (I shouldn’t know this until Friday nights reception but it pays to have the inside track haha) I’ll share a picture of it on Friday. Anyhow, Happy St Patrick’s day to those who observe it, otherwise I hope it’s been a solid day for you to celebrate!

sorry to have missed sundays call - was traveling back from the UK. Enjoyed the last break before war season starts next week. Will have another solid break in July / August, when I can briefly come up for air lol. First day back in the saddle was a perfect day. Aiming to nail one everyday this week. Have the youth arts regional art show this week. Will spend today with the judge and hang all the art. Looks like over 100 pieces submitted for k-8 so a solid turnout. Love seeing the creativity and passion. Awards reception will be Saturday and then our big Spring evening concert (where youth musicians perform) is next Friday evening. It’s cool to see how much we’ve grown this organization since we founded it. A focus this year will be to start handing the reigns off to others as the organization and its mission have grown to a point where it’s time for my buddy and myself to move into an advisory capacity vs running all of it.
