Hi, Tribe! Here's a couple exciting things for this year. The December fitness challenge has been a great success for the folks on that hunt. Momentum has been built and so have relationships which is what this leadership game is all about. We're keeping that journey going throughout the year with a developmental challenge each month. Those challenges will follow the sequence of Future (Sovereign), Family (Lover), Finances and Faith (Magician) then Fitness (Warrior). The January challenge will be in the Sovereign house which corresponds to expression and vision for the future. For many of us that is our career which is where we spend most of our time so it behooves us to make it as exciting and valuable as possible! We're kicking off the challenge with our New Years goal setting meeting which will be on this platform on December 30 at 5pm PST. Always good to do granular stuff like goal setting with a group for accountability and support. If you can't attend please watch the goal setting workshop in the classroom! Print out the Vitality Wheel and GRAILS worksheets for the call or if you're doing solo. These goals are designed to set a target for all 4 'houses' of our life but we will be focusing on Sovereign this coming month. Put some brave and focused thought into that future-based vision! On our weekly calls we will be addressing topics related to career including personal brand, vision for the future and slogan and even marketing and outreach. A book, social media, link tree and any other related things are open for hunting this month so join us and lets make a dent in the universe!
