The low energy week continues.... 3 things I need to fix: - daytime scrolling crept up on me after having it well under control for a while. - I think I neglected hydration - picked it up today and felt better - no lab work after dark. I'm was a total dumb-ass here: I had a strong suspicion that the super bright low-sunlight-range LED's (hangover from my microgreens) I'm using to light my work area might mess with my sleep, yet I proceeded to do that after 8pm....did not get to sleep until probably about 12pm, which does not help the bad sleep of the past week. Did better on my perfect day - specifically ticking off exercise early. I'm off to figure out my mister situation - gorillas watch out.... πŸ˜†

Hey @Michael Saum I don't have an app to read that - I jumped through a few hoops (extract as zip) and could see the first page, cut off at "Warrior" - was it supposed be the one page? Either way, it looks great!! πŸ™Œ Question: why sacrifice time with your family and friends, while it's your goal to have as much fun as possible with them, and they are part of your accountability?
Back from trip and regrouping
It was a whirlwind business trip and didn't do shit on my perfect day. Really no excuse as I could have exercised, written and eaten better. Had the time just not the focus. Gonna remember and be prepared for the next one. Regroup and recommit tomorrow. View from the stage

Hey @Philip Folsom this bothered me a bit, on the one hand it did seem like you've been quite hard on yourself, on the other hand my response was exactly what I have not liked from others in the past. There have been times when I could clearly do better, and people around me would give me this silly "what are you on about, you're dreaming" response, totally letting me off the hook, as if I'm making it up. That easy-off-the-hook could be them simply not seeing it, or acknowledging it would mean them also facing the mirror.

Not a perfect day πŸ˜… - I'll have to lift my game to meet those goals! Exercise - ok, diet - A+, meditation - a good session. Magician: Need to get onto the plan / tick list.... I did spend some time organizing & making space; all part of letting the old pet projects go. I call it "productive procrastination" πŸ˜‰while I'm stewing on some setup issues - piped water for the mister is going to be a pain. A challenge is that the day job is ramping up, I'm going to need to be super disciplined and have energy to spare, which is still low today. Another early night πŸ˜†
