Ravenwolf Women's Meeting is happening in 10 hours
17 Aug check in - college visit and working out
Well I set a realistic work out goal of hitting a minimal of 4 days a week of starting to strength train and so far hitting it. Basically starting out on a day off a day.So far hitting it. I was really sore today and mentally I was finding all the reason to skip today. I forced myself to do it , once I was 5 minutes in , no biggie and got it completed. Squeezed in that workout before I had to head 5 hours away to take my daughter to freshmen orientation, and dorm move in for college. Tomorrow will be a rest day , then I will trying one of the tonal recovery work outs in the hotel room. , then Thursday would be a down day and pick it back up when I get home on Friday. Went from exercuses to planning on making it work. Its only week one , but trying to keep with it.
