Had a super busy day driving around LA delivering appreciation holiday gifts to clients. I felt really good about that. It is nice to have the ability to that as well as the relationships. I did fall short in movement ( its an off day from gym- but took dogs out)and protein today though. I am going to get my leader habit in tonight after dinner and work on Ravenwolf content creation. It would be easy not to but this challenge is holding me accountable.

Day 16
Wrapped some of my last coaching for the year so winding down the hustle and grind. Off day from gym but got the dogs out this morning and some shoulder rehab tonight. Protein low but water is always easy. I had to fill a pee jug for the VA yesterday over 24 hours and it was just about a gallon so good hydration confirmation! Writing was perfunctory but got opened the doc and got a bit it which is a win for overcoming resistance.

Hit movement. Worked toward other areas but didn't get them. Bitter cold temps cancelled school. I found out I didn't hit water as much when I was home in the AM and doing errands in the afternoon. Got prepped for final exams for this week though.
