April 7th Check In
Hey Tribe! No snow storm here today, nice and sunny. Feelin' PUMPED! Fell asleep before I could check in yesterday. Kind of had an off day yesterday (I think it was the storm- I'm over the snow lol). Still made it to the gym. Worked on podcast stuff. I have been avoiding it. It was more of Keven's project so I still have a lot of figuring out. Today is a new day. Dental appt, dog work, and more podcast stuff...only if I have time. Really want to focus on fitness goals too. Have a great Thursday!
5/5 Check In
Day did not go as I initially planned. Decided to take a day off from fitness goals and focused on a couple of medical appointments. Drove around more than expected. Thinking I may have Tuesdays be a “break” day. Started a journal. Helped a friend with some puppy training in Aspen… excited to go to sleep and get back on track tomorrow. Night all!
5/4 Check In
Feeling good and motivated. Rocked nutrition and fitness goals. Printed out Ravenwolf sovereign worksheet to work on. Have to be up early - skipping a couple of goals tonight but okay with it. Will get them tomorrow!
5/3 Check In
Received some good insight on the pack call this evening. Planning to focus on hitting daily fitness/nutrition goals, journaling daily, and doing at least two "putting myself out there" activities this week (for the business) . Will see where things go from there. Fitness/nutrition goals: 3 days at the gym and on off days walk at least 8 miles or get 1 hr of cardio (bike or swim). Focus on protein and vegetables. Business promotion on Wed and Fri. Falling asleep now...night all!

My morning Non- Negotiables
The Power of Non-Negotiables: How I Start My Day 💫 For years, I struggled with feeling behind before my day even started—hitting snooze, rushing out the door, and letting the day control me instead of the other way around. But when I committed to a morning routine with non-negotiables, everything shifted. My energy, my focus, and my overall sense of balance transformed. Now, my mornings set the tone for the strong, intentional woman I choose to be every day. Most importantly, I carve out time just for me before the rest of the house wakes up—before the world starts making demands and pulling me in a million directions. This quiet space is where I recharge, realign, and take ownership of my day before it takes ownership of me. Here’s what I never compromise on: ⏰ Waking Up at the Same Time Every Day – No snooze button, no excuses. A consistent wake-up time keeps my energy levels stable and my mind sharp. ✨ Daily Tonic – Hydration is key. I start with water, lemon juice, ACV, and a pinch of salt to wake up my system, support digestion, and replenish minerals. 🧘‍♀️ Meditation & Stretching – A few quiet moments to breathe, move, and center myself before the noise of the day begins. 📝 Writing My Goals & Lists – Clarity before action. I get my thoughts out of my head and onto paper, setting my priorities so I move through the day with focus and purpose. These small but powerful habits keep me grounded, disciplined, and ready to take on anything. What are your non-negotiables for a strong morning? Drop them below! ⬇️✨ #MorningRituals #WomenWhoRise #DailyHabits #AlignedLiving #SelfMastery
