This week has been a tough one. Dog in recovery after surgery. Work feeling constipated and projects on-hold as a fuel crisis lands in NZ. But I’ve focused on my body - regular bursts of push-ups, sit-ups and other kinetic sets through each day. Looking after my mental wellbeing despite my sadness and frustration at the state of the world. And pouring energy into the new business that I want to bring to the world.

Productive day today but still kinda low energy. Maybe some kind of astrological happening... Soft cover book is out on Amazon today so that is awesome! Still waiting on some hardcover resolution stuff and the kindle needs formatting so @Morgan Vicki Todd is still carrying a book burden! Did some back inversion work today and a little 'garden' work and got the dogs out. Did not do my people reach out today. Have not pivoted over into next book yet but will be hitting that again next week.

Another heavy day pushing with @Morgan Vicki Todd and @Tanya Folsom on the book and it's done! Heavy lift with 100 images and many deep and interconnected themes between wolves and humans and how to use it now. Looking forward to seeing what y'all think. Should be on Amazon by Friday or so. I'm gassed but got my rolling in and dogs out and not much else on my perfect day list.
