Step 2 - New Member Class Orientation Path
After watching the first three videos, you’d move into the Mind Mapping Orientation Stage and begin the first few subjects in the Regenerate course. This prepares you to step into the live classes, either Week 1, which focuses on Body Code Foundations and offers the fundamental framework, or Week 4, which is Mobilize & Stretch, a more free form week with no framework. No matter whether you start in Week 1 or Week 4, the invitation is to stay in as much as you can. If you miss a day, you can always watch the recordings. You can also explore the shortened Body Code classes, which offer shorter class versions when time is limited.
