👋 Welcome to R3GENERATE Most people arrive here because they’re in pain and their body no longer feels reliable. Aches and stiffness linger, movement feels harder than it used to, and there’s often a quiet sense that something needs to change. You’re in the right place. Start with the free Roadmap Course — this is your orientation into the R3GENERATE Method and the best way to understand the bigger picture before diving deeper. After the Roadmap, continue into the 6-Week R3GENERATE Method Beginner Course. This course walks you through the 3 phases of the method: REALIGN — Learn to Stand REINFORCE — Learn to Activate REGENERATE — Learn to Move Each phase lasts two weeks and builds on the next, with bonus material woven throughout — including learning how to walk in the Zero Line. I designed this system from over 20 years of hands-on bodywork, movement training, and structural correction. After years of refining and simplifying the information, this course represents what i believe is the clearest and most complete entry point into the method. The courses are self-study and designed to move at your own pace. But there’s now an additional guided walkthrough option — a live 6-week onboarding experience where you’ll meet with Jay for weekly 2-hour group calls while moving through the material. You’ll watch the videos during the week, then meet live for refinement, deeper explanation, movement corrections, and questions. It’s the most supported and effective way to onboard into the method. More details here: Beginner Course With Jay Take it one step at a time. If you get stuck, have questions, or need support, post in the community or message me directly. Glad you’re here. — Jay

Femur day
Checkin done. When I get a chance, I want to make sure I’m doing these correctly because I feel it (not painful just different than I’m used to) in my left knee. And now it’s popping a lot more than it often does.
Clavicle day
Today just balloon breath, wall reset and zeroing followed by the clavicle exercises. I felt a lot more in what I think might be the zero line - ie spacious and tall- after the zeroing. The elbow crease reset really does give a lot more spaciousness in the armpit. I can feel my arms hanging from my shoulder joints now. Neat! (And how interesting to think I’ve been holding them up so much of the time)

Beginner group checkin 1
Today I did aaaaalll of it: balloon breath, wall reset, mantra motion circuit, zeroing, and the daily body code work (feet!). My kiddos did part of it with me. I think it’s having the biggest impact on my left leg and I’m noticing a whole new gait. I’m excited to see how it progresses.
First full mantra motion circuit and zeroing
My body definitely feels more spacious and I’m using my left femur / hip / sacrum differently than before. I think it’s a bit more free than it’s been (woot!). I think I also notice a difference in my knee compensation pattern (where it’s not pointing in as much as it had been). I think my left femur might be bearing more weight than before. It also feels a little overwhelming all the things to pay attention to so I’m gonna let it integrate and come back to it later. :)
