👋 Welcome to R3GENERATE Watch this intro video: https://youtu.be/hyeCZ6LgT58 Then, Read below. Most people arrive here because they’re in pain and their body no longer feels reliable. Aches and stiffness linger, movement feels harder than it used to, and there’s often a quiet sense that something needs to change. You’re in the right place. Start with the free Roadmap Course — this is your orientation into the R3GENERATE Method and the best way to understand the bigger picture before diving deeper. After the Roadmap, continue into the 6-Week R3GENERATE Method Beginner Course. This course walks you through the 3 phases of the method: REALIGN - Stand REINFORCE — Activate REGENERATE — Integrate Each phase lasts two weeks and builds on the next, with bonus material woven throughout — including learning how to walk in the Zero Line. I designed this system from over 20 years of hands-on bodywork, movement training, and structural correction. After years of refining and simplifying the information, this course represents what i believe is the clearest and most complete entry point into the method. The courses are self-study and designed to move at your own pace. If you get stuck, have questions, or need support, post in the community or message me directly. Glad you’re here. — Jay

Hi Jay and everyone! So excited to be back in Meta class! I took Jay’s classes twice a week years ago and was the strongest I’ve ever been, so I can’t wait to get back to that. After the 6-week intro, I’m hoping to join the live classes if I can make them work with my 8–4 schedule. Ready to get strong and balanced again!
