Torodial Field Awareness...
A quick insider glimpse into my experience following today's Foundations Spine Body Code class (11/2).
In this class, we breathe from beneath the navel up to the mind's eye, bringing awareness to the other energetic fields surrounding us, including the toroidal field.
When our outer, physical body is expanded and lifted into the Zero Line, and our inner breath body begins to mirror that same alignment, an invisible fountain of energy can become more alive and noticeable within us.
This is one of the reasons the new icon in the R3GENERATE METHOD logo represents what it does. It reflects this relationship between our physical structure, breath, and the energetic field within and around us.
There's so much more to explore here, but for now, this is just a quick glimpse into the deeper experience of the work.
