Wednesday we focus on the Feet Body Code
Mantra: We bring awareness to how our feet are contacting the ground knowing that many pain and compressive patterns derive from here. We aim for a 40 40 20 weight distribution when we are vertical to support the stack force and mechanotransduction signal from the ground.
Monday we focus on the Pelvis Body Code.
Pelvis Mantra: Recede, realign, headlights shine, suspend in time. Tune into the first part of the Mantra: Recede! Pull it back to put more weight in your heels. This allows the ground force to travel through the pelvis and into the spine. Without it, it stops at the femur - which creates deterioration.
