Coffee nidra ☕️ ?
Every once in a while I like to take a nice "coffee nap". For those who haven't heard of such a thing: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/sleep-hygiene/coffee-nap Anyone tried combining this with a yoga nidra session? I'd be interested to hear your experiences!

Heal my mind first
I never imagined that this type of meditating could truly help me. Negative emotions and memories are consistently overwhelming me but this has really helped to regulate.......now have to work on these darn nightmares! But it could always be worse🫤
Day One | Deep Inner Peace
Alright friends… we’re doing this!🚀 Welcome to Rest & Restore! If you’ve made it here, that means you carved out space for rest, for breath, for you. Today’s theme? Deep Inner Peace. No pressure. Just the thing we’ve all been craving since… forever. Yoga Nidra teaches us that peace isn’t some enlightened state you unlock after doing enough breathwork and drinking moon water. It’s already inside you. Hiding under your to-do list, waiting patiently beneath the overthinking. Today’s practice is about remembering that. ✨ A few reflection prompts to ease you in: - What does your version of peace feel like in the body? - Where are you done trying so hard, and ready to let it be easy? And don’t forget… 💫 Every comment you leave during the series = one entry to win: 🌟 A 1:1 session with Ayla 🌟 A 20-minute personalized Nova Nidra recording (Valued at $888) 👇 So get cozy, press play on today’s Nidra, and tell us what bubbled up. You are all welcome here.

December Thoughts! 💘
I can't believe we’re entering the final month of 2026. I read something yesterday that said it’s been six years since the beginning of the pandemic, and as much as I hate to revisit the lockdowns, quarantine, and all the uncertainty of that time, it’s impossible not to acknowledge how deeply it shaped us. It remains such a vivid mile marker and I’m floored by how different life is now. I also came across a line that made me laugh: “What a year this last week has been.” Honestly… truer words have never been spoken. Time is a total time warm: stretching, folding, condensing in ways we never quite expect. As this calendar year winds down, I find myself reflective, as I always am in December. I like to revisit the intentions I set at the beginning of the year, read back through old journal entries, and spend time with the many versions of myself I’ve been along the way. And with that, I can’t imagine a more perfect moment for our upcoming Chakra Series. Starting December 14th, this will be a much-needed reset and recalibration as we prepare to step into 2026 with intention, balance, and clarity. The newsletter tomorrow will have all the details!! I hope you’ll join us? ✨
