Worthy
For those interested, I completed the I am worthy of rest Nova nidra which is in the VIP section. I would love to say I know why I haven't felt Worthy. But in this moment, I am worthy was resounding throughout my mind and my body. I am worthy of being loved, Worthy to call you my friends, worthy to rest in this moment.

Matthew: I too have been transformed by this particular YN practice. I realized with this journey into parasympathetic nervous system goodness that it is not JUST rest and digest BUT INTEGRATION as well. Floating lost parts of me came together like never before and it culminated into a big, loud “I am worthy of….rest, love, existence and more.” I look forward to enjoying this place and state of mind with you. Thanks for your continual vulnerability.
Inroduction
I am a new member of the Nova Nidra Community. I have been meditating daily for ~25 years. My initial guides were Deepak Chopra, Candice Pert, & Joe Dispenza, but Now I am focused on Yoga Nidra. I am a big fan of Kristyn Rose and Ayla Nova. Whom I consider Masters of the practice. ... Thank you.

Welcome Timothy: I have had many of the same mentors and wise healers you have chosen on your path and likewise find myself now on the Yoga Nidra journey. It definitely seems to be the next obvious choice and yes, you have chosen to follow a Master! Congratulations!!!
World Poetry Day
I just listened to the live YouTube broadcast. Such a wonderful Nidra. I am sharing this poem today since it is World Poetry Day and because it came to me in a dream. It kind of is a dream. No Apology The moon shines down, on the temple The temple of your heart. Waiting for the bus on a grimy night Decades away from here The number seven, driven by your shadow. Or is it the shadow of the number seven, driven by you? The electronic information board says it is decades away. Yet in one sigh of your breath, kissing the cold air, It is here. It arrives in a confused finale of smoke and grumbling apologies, Spitting out the commuters like a mouthful of unwanted fishbones. Fishbones making their way into the unashamed night. No apology needed. None given. You make your way to an unwanted seat. The only one. Next to the unwanted, dishevelled woman, and her unwanted child. The child looks accusingly at you. As if its very existence was always your fault. And you apologise for sitting down. No apology needed. The bus waits for all eternity before moving into the lightless night. Infinite numbers of souls arrive and depart, Yet no one moves. How could they? There is nowhere to go. All that is asked of you is to wait. Your destination has always been known, Although never revealed. Hold my hand. Hold hands with everyone who has ever loved you. And don’t apologise to them for loving you. This is your destination. Love. Love is your destination. No apology needed.

Why the Dream State Matters
We still don’t fully understand dreaming. Some say it helps process emotion. Others point to memory, creativity, or learning. But what’s becoming clear is this: Dreaming is connected to how we metabolize experience. And most of what we live through doesn’t just disappear at the end of the day. It lingers... in the body, in our nervous system. If there isn’t enough rest, safety, or space to metabolize it… it stays unfinished. This is part of why dreams can feel so charged. They’re one of the places where the system continues its work. Where what hasn’t been processed begins to reorganize. Yoga Nidra touches this same territory, but consciously. You’re not asleep or trying to figure anything out. You’re resting… while the system begins to metabolize what’s been held. And when that happens, insight doesn’t feel forced. It feels like something finally had the space to land. We explore this more deeply inside the Peace in Rest Program If you feel the pull to understand this in your own system, you can join the waitlist.

Figuring out Life path after tragedy
Dreaming BIG with a Cosmic Reset
It’s not often I share a Live Nova Nidra session on YouTube, and this one carried such a dreamy energy. Created as a space for us to come together in nourishing deep rest, this practice supports vitality, the release of stagnation, and a return to inner wisdom. If you’ve been craving a deeper connection to your dreams and intuition, let this be your gateway.
