So I joined this community in Jan 10 but started following everything from Feb,I was 80 kg when I started my journey ,I m very happy that I m sharing this post that I lost 5 kg weight in last 2 months with pcos ,insulin resistance, now I m 75 kg and 0.6 is my clothes weight 😄 It was not easy with 10 months old baby all alone in Dubai but I did it ❤️Alhamdulillah mein ny cheat meal b leay bht sary days esy thy jis mein ny bht low feel kia and I fed up ,gym skip kia ,kbi walk b nai ki but I start again ❤️ thank you so much @Tsk Diet for this community which motivates me enough that I lose that much weight and special thanks to all nutrition dietitian and all community members ❤️ please keep motivating me Kaun k abi to bht kuch baki hai ye to abi start hai ❤️😍
