2nd day of eating healthy
I was busy because I m going for umrah so busy in preparation ,couldn’t find time to follow my routine workout and diet so after many days today I feel active today and find time to follow my routine 😍 Start my day with fenugreek water My breakfast was 2 eggs and brown bread because I woke up late so I take only 2 meals Did my gym 20 minutes traidmale With 4.5 speed and 5 incline Than I did my workout for 15 minutes My dinner was 1 bowl salad and one (oats,wheat,ragi )flour roti with Kareela and daal at night take my kehwa My water intake was 5,6 glasss Fiber and protein in my every meal Alhamdulillah & Grateful for health, inner peace, and food on my table ❤️
