Alhamdulillah for everything another beautiful day ended. Today big win is to avoid sugar as i had cravings 4/5 times but i avoid by only drinking one glass water. Much better feeling before yesterday. Alhamdulillah ❤️✅ Steps target 6500 achieved ✅
Meal prep : I only prepared 2 to 3 food for Ramadan like chicken, patties etc.✅ Sunlight ✅ Water before meal ✅ Dinner : one small roti with daal ✅ Alhamdulillah trying to be consistent in small things because small acts matter.✅
