Hi had chicken mince with out oil in pitta naan apple salad 25g roasted kala chana for dinner have one 80g roti with chicken curry and bhindi for snack 2 dates and 2 seekh kabab 2L water and one hour walk with cardio and strength training for 40 mint

Hi in brunch have paratha and chicken curry with Greek yogurt one apple 2 dates for dinner salmon fish with boil egg and salad had 2L water with black and green tea 10k steps and 30mint cardio plus strength training

Hi breakfast 2 egg white one full egg with one apple and Greek yogurt almonds a bit cake but I removed icing for lunch salad 7 spoon rice with chicken and for dinner 2 shami kabab with chicken salad 2litr water no workout today

Hi had 2 boiled eggs at breakfast time with one apple and tea lunch one half roti with saag and egg white and kidney beans salad For dinner 10 spoon pilao with kidney beans salad and chicken 1.5litr water 2 cup green tea and 10k steps with 20 mint uper body strength training i didnt eat that butter piece ๐Ÿค—
