I have insulin resistance since 7 years, and pcos with irregular periods. I want to lose weight and feel more energetic. My biggest struggle is staying consistent and make a routine for myself. My working hours are variable most of the week, and that is one of the reasons among many, that I am unable to stick to routine. Major issue is severe lack of motivation lately. I come from a family of 3 and I have issue of irregular periods and PCOS. My main health and fitness goal is to lose weight and build a healthier, more active lifestyle. My biggest struggle so far has been staying consistent and maintaining a proper routine, but I’m determined to work on it and make positive changes.
