Asalaam u alaikum everyone.. I am a housewife and a mother of two. studied dentistry and did my specialisation in prosthodontics, but I am not working at the moment. Most of my time goes into taking care of my home and children, so I often forget to focus on my own health. That is why I want to join a group or health community where I can stay motivated and take better care of myself.
