Hi everyone! I got married and moved abroad about a year ago, and since then my routine, lifestyle, and eating habits have changed a lot. Like many of us, this led to some weight gain. Now I’m ready to focus on losing weight in a healthy, suitable, and sustainable way. My goal is not quick fixes or crash diets, but building better habits, improving my energy, and feeling confident in my body again.
