Progress over perfection
I started at 87.8 kg and today Iโ€™m at 82 kg. ๐ŸŒฟ It may not seem like a huge number to everyone, but to me, itโ€™s proof that change is happening even on the days I felt stuck, even when I couldnโ€™t give my 100%. This journey hasnโ€™t been perfect. There were days of low energy, little movement, and moments of doubt. But Iโ€™m learning that progress doesnโ€™t need perfection it just needs consistency, patience, and a little faith in yourself. Every small step mattered. Every choice added up. And Iโ€™m so proud of how far Iโ€™ve come. ๐Ÿค To anyone on the same path: donโ€™t quit just because itโ€™s slow. Your effort is working, even when you canโ€™t see it yet. 82 kg today and this is just the beginning. โœจ

Alhumdulillah lost 10 kgs in 2 months.... Thanks alot to this community. Not very active here but working on myself and stay consistent and achieved my goal

"A little update: Iโ€™m officially down to 83.8kg from 90kg! Back in December, I was struggling with hormonal issues and a lack of motivation. I had previously lost 20kg through intermittent fasting and achieved a great transformation, but the downside was that I regained the weight just as quickly. Iโ€™ve realized that what worked for you once might not work every time. I tried fasting again, but my weight actually increased instead of dropping. Thatโ€™s when I decided to change my approach. Since joining this group in December, Iโ€™ve focused on increasing my physical activity, controlling my portions, and prioritizing protein. By staying consistent, Iโ€™ve finally seen results. I still have a long way to go, but Iโ€™m so happy that Iโ€™m losing weight while eating well and staying healthy, rather than torturing myself with extreme fasting!"โ˜บ๏ธ
