Saturday: Brunch- one boiled egg and a bowl of red lentils soup with veggies and hour later Dinner: was at a wedding, tried to eat mindfully focusing on protein sources but ended up eating rice a little more than the portion that I usually eat๐Ÿ˜ฌ Steps: 12k Sunday: Tried 20 hrs of fasting window. (7pm- 3pm) Kept myself Hydrated well with chia seeds water and 2 cups of black coffee without sugar. Lunch: at a friend's place, so ate mindfully without compromising on portions., Alhamdulillah. Had little dessert too ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Dinner: chicken biryani (3 spoons rice and 2 chicken pieces) steps: 22k

Today is rest day woke up late so did brunch One 100g paratha less oil and 100g chicken curry one plum and one date with cup of tea without sugar 100g 0fat Greek style yogurt For dinner 2 slice of pizza ๐Ÿ˜ฌ 1.5L water 30 mint cardio
