Day 4 yesterday dinner: as already posted about bf and lunch Dinner was plain naan and seekh kbab with daal mash sorry bs ab avoid kron g naan🫣 Day 5: Breakfast: daal mash with pratha and some tea with brown sugar Mery ko tu aysa dhak dhak ho ra hy khany k bad 🫣 Mltb k weight km nh ho rha aur khany pe control nh ho rha boht mushkil lg rha 🥹 Kuch krna hy lkn smjh nh aa rha shuru kahan se kron 😔 Admins please guide i had pcos issue in the past but it was recovered but didn’t checked with doctor recently now don't know which challenge should i take?

Day 3 Brown bread 2 slice with egg Tea with brown sugar Lunch : potato rice Dinner : chicken pashawri karahi with naan (outside). Night snacks: some almonds n raisins Day 4 (Today) Breakfast: 2 slices of brown bread with egg and Tea with brown sugar Lunch: one bowl of yogurt with 3 biscuits 🫣 I will try to get back to my workout routine today, Insha’Allah. My diet is not perfect right now, but I’m trying to return to my normal routine. I was in a rest mode for a long time, so now I’m finding it difficult to follow a proper diet and meal schedule.
