Day 1 (Brunch)
I am thankful for my health to ALLAH. This is my day first and my biggest challenge is to avoid sweet cravings i just did my brunch Water intake before meal ✅ it’s not difficult because it’s already my habit to take water before every meal. I just took tea without sugar and used skimmed milk small roti with salan (white chana)

Yesterdays routine,
Yesterday my app was not working properly, so i mentioned my routinee today, yesterday start with seed cycling, break fast 1 boil egg only with cup of green tea Lunch roti with lauki ki sabzi half bowl and lemon water Evening one apple Then go for a walk in stret Dinner half roti with sabzi and salad with chutney, Then took a cup of tea. Total steps was around 5500
