Breakfast: one pratha in olive oil with leftover malai handi After that tea with brown sugar Lunch: skipped as breakfast was late Evening snack: chana chat small bowl Water before meal ✅ Dinner: chicken pulao with raita Walk : not much but i was active whole day. Alhamdulillah day finished with Alot of blessings of ALLAH ❤️

Meals update
Breakfast 2 chichken shami One egg 2 brown bread Pcos sachet after 15 minutes After 1 hour milk coffee with stevia I woke up late ,so breakfast is heavy for me I take my lunch very light Apple 🍎 and orange 🍊 1 hour walk with my baby in park ❤️ Now a days Dubai’s weather is so good so i prefer outside walk with my baby and he also enjoys it a lot 😍 But I will try to go for gym atleast for 3 days a week inshaAllah Water intake 7 glass Dinner 🥘 Chicken pulao Salad Raita Ginger Tumeric fenugreek zeera saunf ajwaen spearmint and lemon kehwa Magnesium glycinate before sleeping
