Saturday:
Brunch- one boiled egg and a bowl of red lentils soup with veggies and hour later
Dinner: was at a wedding, tried to eat mindfully focusing on protein sources but ended up eating rice a little more than the portion that I usually eat๐ฌ

Sunday:
Tried 20 hrs of fasting window. (7pm- 3pm)
Kept myself Hydrated well with chia seeds water and 2 cups of black coffee without sugar.
Lunch: at a friend's place, so ate mindfully without compromising on portions., Alhamdulillah.
Had little dessert too ๐ฌ
Dinner: chicken biryani (3 spoons rice and 2 chicken pieces)
