Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu Didn't update for the weekend as I was sick with stomach bug ( ghar par mere sath sath bache b bimar padgaye😒😔) Whatever little I ate, tried to eat healthy n mindful. Couldn't finish steps, but did post meal walk., Alhamdulillah. Monday log: Brunch: one boiled egg and 2 multi seed toasts with avocado and a beef kabab. A cup of black coffee with protein powder. Snacks: handful of roasted black Chana Dinner: Ragi porridge with meat n veg curry and 2 small pieces of chicken, slices of cucumber for salad. Workout: 35 min whole body strength training. Steps: 20k
