Sahoor: egg fried with rotti, yogurt and tea without sugar. Iftar: 2 dates, Apple beetroot and orange mix juic. Dinner: 1 rotti (2.5 portion carb) with mattar chicken. Tea without sugar Workout: light weight arms strength training.

DAY 48
Same as yesterday: Early morning anti inflammatory drink Followed by a glass of water. Then had a boiled egg. Followed by 10 min of walk. After an hour had a bowl of lentil soup and a glass of water before that. 10 min of post meal walk ✅️
