Day 8 - Ramazan Log 😂
Sehri was lazy mode… sirf 1 hour sleep. 2 eggs, yogurt, omelette with 2 bread slices. Bas survival fuel. Iftar experiment gone wrong 💀 Dahi vada banaya… lekin bhariya boil kar diya 😭 Result? Halwa/malita texture disaster edition 😂 Added veggies, fruits, guava, 2 dates, 1 kachori. Water around 1L. Gym gaya. Post workout: 2 scoops Anabolic Mass by Kevin Levrone. Then 2 chapatis + chicken korma + dal chana. Later chai + egg. Calories thori low thi, carbs zyada the, meals messy… But still showed up. That’s the win. Also need help in making Shamis Chickens 🐓— do let me know easiest way to make one as I’m out of patience 😂🙏
