Breakfast:1 glass water,yogurt bowl,1 boiled egg. Lunch: fiber before lunch,30 gram roti with beef & some cucumbers. Dinner: white rice with beef salan.. Protein in every meal ✅ water 3 liter ✅ fiber before lunch ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅ outdoor walk for 45 minutes ✅ steps 8k✅
