Eeks I missed logging again … I’ve been extremely busy and have had hard workouts this week which have given me aches and exhaustion but I still turned up for workout I couldn’t workout throughout this week but I did try . Oh well I made it šŸ˜…Alhumdullilah 🤲 Been forgetting to log in my meals So will log only for yesterday and today Sadly not been completing my steps either .
