You Don’t Need a Perfect Day… You Need a Better Pattern
Not every day will be motivated. Not every meal will be clean. Not every workout will feel easy. And that’s normal. What actually changes your body and habits is what you repeat most of the time, not what you do once in a while. Small things matter: ✔ Choosing protein more often ✔ Drinking water regularly ✔ Moving your body even for 10 minutes ✔ Getting back on track after a “bad” moment Progress is built in ordinary days — not perfect ones. I do show up even if am dead tired , hurt everywhere I tell myself I need to do this or else I am going to suffer the next day . It’s hard work but being consistent is the key . It’s not easy but it’s not impossible. Meals I am trying to up my protein some days I fail but I don’t believe in giving up . Am in my 50’s now Alhumdulilah but I still push myself . I wanna cry some days when my body is screaming cos of the pain but I know better now . Not giving up In sha Allah 🤲.May Allah keep us all healthy and strong to fulfill our dreams . 50 s bring different goals like the stubborn belly fat won’t go .. easily metabolism slows down …. Brain fog 😅
