Greek yoghurt - with granola , cranberries and pumpkin seeds … and chia seeds … lol you can’t see the yoghurt. ….😅😅😅😅. Oh well ….

Am not sure how you’re supposed to post here …. Is it at the end of the day ( meal posts, workout posts …steps ) or we just keep posting everytime we eat: breakfast, lunch , dinner . Etc Kindly explain someone …. Also are there timings to post ? Or we can post 24 hours? 12 hours ?
