It's 6AM. You wake up and open the curtains. In front of you is the beautiful blue waters of the Andaman Sea. You wash down a large cup of water with electrolytes. You go to the kitchen and greet your new friends over a coffee. I'm one of those friends ā˜ŗļø You put on your walking shoes and go for a 30-minute walk with the gang. You come back to a spread of eggs, turkey bacon, fruit, protein shakes, and more coffee. You're not sure how to track the food, but good thing I'm there to show you exactly how. You go back to your room for some personal time. 11AM hits, and I'm waiting in the gym to show you how to properly train (finally šŸ˜†) We head to the sauna after, and we share our goals and dreams. We do a mobility session together and rest for a few hours. It's 6PM, and dinner is served. Your meal is optimized for your calorie and macro goals + you get a side of bone broth 🤩 We end the night with a short but sweet lesson on how to optimize your sleep. You head to bed, and we do it again tomorrow. So... I actually had the pleasure of taking part in an experience like this last year on the beautiful island of Koh Samui at a luxury called Villa Solana. I became good friends with the honorable guests there, including three Miss Universe Thailand's šŸ˜‰ (how lucky am I) and one of the top Thai female fitness influencers (@befitwithjess). There's really nothing like a 3-day unplugging getaway where your main focus is yourself... but with an awesome support system to top it off. Honestly, I was disappointed that my blood work today didn't match (even turned opposite) the progress in my body composition. Below are my tape measurements, and the attached photo shows my results from the InBody 270. I know DEXA is more accurate, but these machines are still useful for tracking trends. Measurement Updates: Neck: 15" (38 cm) → 14 4/8" (36.8 cm) Chest: 40 3/8" (102.1 cm); no change Waist: 38" (96.6 cm); no change Hip: 42 2/8" (107.2 cm) → 41" (104.1 cm) Thigh: 24" (61 cm) → 23 3/8" (59.4 cm) Thanks to my coach and everyone who supported me over the last two months to help me improve my physique. From here on, I need to really focus on my blood markers.

Thursday - DB officially declared break for Chinese New Year 🧨 Coach, of course, pushed us until the very last stroke šŸ˜… "no good performance, no go home". The team was very motivated to go home so we were done by the 3rd set and finished early. Friday - My bosses let us off early, good. But the traffic, no good. But there is a perk to living near the store - so I grabbed a bag and walked instead. Then walked some more with the doggo after. Saturday - Started the morning with a 20-minute mobility and an extra filling breakfast because the rest of the morning was spent at the tattoo studio. The whole process took 3 hours - I'm out from weights, but the artist okay-ed for light exercise so that'll be me for >1 week. Sunday - barre! We had a really fun time today - all leg & core day. Later had a Hawaiian chicken burger for lunch - no, I don't have a photo of the food. I swear, that's a whole different habit to build. Spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning - and the last of the cleaning will be done tomorrow just in time for Chinese New Year. Lost another pound this week and my leggings feel looser now - didn't do too much, just took a little less carbs, a bit more protein & fiber, and being consistent with some amount of movement regularly. The results of consistency will come through, just takes a little patience and persistence. 🄰
