The past week+ was all about cravings and sugar and low energy and not-so-nice sleep and a lot of feelings... and then there was blood and cramps. So yeah, I knew I wasn't weak, it was just the luteal phase. I foresee myself dialing it back for the next 1-2 days because my cycle really be killing me sometimes, but we'll see how I feel in the morning. Yeah, I asked myself that question while sitting in an ice bath. I would say it's worth trying ONCE in your life; just once, then decide again if you ever want to again.
