Holy Crap this works!
Just finished Week 6, and I almost can't believe it. I came in so skeptical I literally had a plan to ask for a refund before day 30. Instead I never missed a single check-in in six weeks (anyone with ADHD knows how wild that is), I stopped fighting how my brain actually works, and I launched my coaching business this week. Still scared, still in progress - but I showed up and I didn't quit.

Week 6
Just finished Week 6, and I honestly can't believe I made it to the end. The biggest thing I'm walking away with? I'm not broken, and I'm actually smart enough - something I never believed about myself. I built a morning routine I genuinely look forward to (breathing, gratitude, affirmations), and I'm three sections into my project. Small steps really do add up. So proud, and a little teary. Thank you all. 💛
Week 6
The Capable One
Just did the Identity Transformation worksheet and finally named the mask I've worn forever: The Capable One. The jack-of-all-trades everyone counts on. I realized I've been treating myself like the help desk, never off duty, always bracing for the next request. Turns out my availability was supposed to be a gift I choose, not a debt I owe. Stepping into someone who creates, meditates, and is allowed to rest.

📅 Daily Check-in - June 18, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Today, I've been driving for around 6 hours and waited for around 2. I'm still waiting, my mom is doing the last daily therapy session and then I have to bring her back home. I guess I'll be home at around 9 pm. It's still hot and I'm sweating, sitting and waiting in my car. Definitely a challenging day, but sometimes it's good to see that we're able to adapt to such situations, to not get used too much to comfort! I also received a treatment from my dear friend and estimated colleague and I really felt (and I'm still feeling) the difference in my body.
