Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something I'd never put together before: the strategies I used to "function" didn't survive Covid and perimenopause because they were never really functioning, they were masking. And the way I cut friends off when I hit burnout? That's not coldness. That's not having a volume control between people-pleasing and disappearing.
Day 1 Done!
Biggest insight: I've started moving and I have opened up (which I never normally do). In doing that I have said aloud what some of my issues are and highlighted those that will benefit me most from addressing first. My open loop is: a timing chart to be created in a SaaS product (10 min job) One word for how I feel right now: slightly less overwhelmed than before starting
