@Nicola McIntosh The 1st time I tried an advanced workout, I had the same experience - I almost felt I had to throw up. The day after, I tried another one, and I felt completely exhausted. On the 3rd day, I went back to the 1st one, tried to do it "a bit more lightly" (without putting 100% effort) and that was the day when things started to change.
