📅 Daily Check-in - June 20, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Today, I went to pick up my mom earlier than the previous days, because on weekends, during Summer, there are hundreds of cars going to the seaside (in the same direction of the clinic where I bring her). I also had to clean 3 garden chairs that my girlfriend wanted. Lots of time, work, heat and sweat. But mom made us a precious gift: a small lemon tree in a vase that's already in our small courtyard. 📅 Daily Check-in - June 18, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Today, I've been driving for around 6 hours and waited for around 2. I'm still waiting, my mom is doing the last daily therapy session and then I have to bring her back home. I guess I'll be home at around 9 pm. It's still hot and I'm sweating, sitting and waiting in my car. Definitely a challenging day, but sometimes it's good to see that we're able to adapt to such situations, to not get used too much to comfort! I also received a treatment from my dear friend and estimated colleague and I really felt (and I'm still feeling) the difference in my body. 📅 Daily Check-in - June 13, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Today, we woke up early because I had to drive my girlfriend to the station. I couldn't do my morning run because of a blister I have in my right big toe after walking for more than 1h30, yesterday afternoon. I planted 2 small tomato plants I had received as a gift from a neighbor and gave as a gift the other 4 to another neighbor. I studied, made some meditations, read, took notes, made some research and practice. Quite a relaxed day, let's say. One small win today... This morning, I received a client and, despite some stress because she was 1h20' late, I was very focused and intuitive, did what needed to be done and it went well. In the afternoon, I walked 1h30' to go to attend a lecture of one of my previous teachers, that I hadn't been seen for 20 years! My foot hurts, but I'm happy for having seen friends! 📅 Daily Check-in - June 19, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Yesterday evening, after coming back from the long day bringing my mom here and there, I had a quick dinner, a rejuvenating cold shower, we had a walk at that old villa that I found not far from our house, then a chat with some neighbors, and to sleep. It was a good way to relax after a tiring day and go to sleep. I woke up early as usual, around 5-5,30 am, when I see the sunlight passing through the windows, did my routine and went to pick up mom. Now I'm waiting for her outside of the car, protected by a building. The Sun is very active, in these Summer Solstice days, and it's power and temperature are so strong!
