📅 Daily Check-in - July 5, 2026 💭 Reflection: "It was a gorgeous day, and I finally finished fixing the one section of the deck. Woohoo! It just needs painting. Now, starting from scratch and building the second part of the deck. This should be easier, as I have the control to level the base. For the first section, it was awkward to level railings on a floor that wasn't levelled. Anyways it looks fine and the neighbours like it. Just Getting Home From A Weekend Getaway!
Just got home.... I will say I did NOT do the best while away. Ate foods that I know I shouldn't (I just mean junk food), didnt drink enough water, didnt get exercise.......But i did get a great amount of Sun, I socialized (with people)🤣🤣🤣, I was actually able to sit with my thoughts too(this never happends, I am always floundering like a fish out of water with my thoughts), did grounding, got some quality sleep, did breath work and best of all QUALITY time with my family! So i guess when I write it down like this..... it was not toooooo bad. I am going with more positives then negatives.... Not to get back on track and not let this hault my progress.... I am ready let's go!!!
