Just got home.... I will say I did NOT do the best while away. Ate foods that I know I shouldn't (I just mean junk food), didnt drink enough water, didnt get exercise.......But i did get a great amount of Sun, I socialized (with people)🤣🤣🤣, I was actually able to sit with my thoughts too(this never happends, I am always floundering like a fish out of water with my thoughts), did grounding, got some quality sleep, did breath work and best of all QUALITY time with my family!
So i guess when I write it down like this..... it was not toooooo bad. I am going with more positives then negatives.... Not to get back on track and not let this hault my progress.... I am ready let's go!!!
