I am stuck in a rut.... I'm supposed to be working (which I kinda am), but I find myself picking up my phone every few minutes.. it seems important, but then I find myself scrolling... Ok, I am going towards my phone in my bedroom right now...... For 1 hour..... Send help, Motivation.... anything! 🥰

I didn't want you to think I disappeared. Guess what, not a novel.

This is me the day I finally found my style. I am a cross between artist/writer and advocate (especially for animals). I've gone from radio broadcasting to mixed-media artist. I figured out late in life that I have ADHD. In some ways I consider my different brain a gift that informs my art and my writing. But it never feels like I finish things or do the right thing at the right time, following the "rules" set down by someone else. I want to feel like I belong, so for years I started little groups and the people they attractd became the people I belonged with, or felt I did. I would love to be part of a community that helps each other and values each other and lasts.

Ok, it is just about 9am here for me. I need a pick me up ALREADY... NOT GOOD. ok, so I have been plugging away with my business, FB page just set up, web page almost done, I have 10 chapters of my book done but it just seems to be going so slow.... Today I have hit a wall. BUT I am on hear to bulldoze, that wall and keep going! I am setting a timer for 2 hours to check back in..... Wish me luck.
