Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Curiosity doesn’t always kill the cat
If you could borrow one ADHD-friendly habit from another person in this group, what would it be? Maybe it’s consistency. Maybe it’s organization. Maybe it’s exercise. Maybe it’s remembering where they put their keys. What would you choose? For me it would be organization and exercise. I’m not good at either of them.

📅 Daily Check-in - June 30, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Right now I feel... I don't know. Not feeling much of anything. I can feel a little bit of anxiety in my chest. It's wanting to come forward, but doing my best to suppress it. What's really bothering me is... I can't move forward. I need to get rid of my rock. In the meantime, I found a rock that is in front of the original rock. Neither is easy, they wouldn't be if they were called rocks. One is basically telling my dad that I'd prefer he move his camper to a campground and live there rather than in it and using my electric, my wifi, my streaming (were part of the lease agreement). He's now doing laundry here. I've had to deal with his negativity, and we have nothing to talk about. It's the same old stories, same complaints, the same grudges. He's got to go. How do you tell that to a parent? I will be going to bed by my original planned bedtime.
