What stops me is the blank page
Just finished my first section of Week 1 and realized something I missed for 60 years: I don't actually struggle with effort. I finish huge battles when forced to. What stops me is the blank page and the missing starting point. The ChatGPT draft didn't write better - it just gave me a way in. That changes everything.

I'm in Europe as well and probably need this even though it sounds scary. But I will be at work office hours.
First workout in 8 months!!
So proud of myself. I worked with Sage last week to create a workout routine for me. I used to workout 3-4x/week but got a knee injury and never went back. Plus was in ADHD burnout due to +++ stress. Feels so good! It was a tough work out and needs some fine tuning but I did it!!

That's fantastic! Well done! Good idea to ask Sage to create a workout routine. I lost my routine when my favorite instructors quit and I then lost my job. But I still keep paying for the gym card. The intention is there. So now I will try to do the same, good routines here I come.
Mushroom Coffee.. Yay or Nay?
Okay but seriously… who here drinks mushroom coffee? 🍄☕😂 I’m not trying to become one with the forest, but if it helps my ADHD brain focus without making me feel like a raccoon digging through trash at 2am… I’m listening. 🤣 I want REAL answers though......What positives have YOU actually noticed? More energy? Better focus? Less anxiety? Did you suddenly become a productive woodland creature?? I have also heard weight loss goes along with this???? And negatives? I have been drinking it for a VERY SHORT TIME...BUT I DO NOT PAY for the really expensive stuff. Wondering if the less expensive stuff works like the really expensive stuff...

Not mushroom coffee, but I put chaga in kefir together with wild blueberries and some healthy spices and fiber. I've recently started taking tablets with lion's mane and I do feel less stressed and more energized when I take them. But it's hard to say if it is because of the supplements. They should include the fruiting body though, so check that.
When do you check-in?
As we're moving into week two, one thing I am very curious about is how many check-ins folks do per day, and when, and why? I started with one mid morning (after morning routine) and at the end of the evening, but then found myself skipping the evening ones. Now I am thinking I might switch to end-of-day check-ins that capture the whole day and give me chance to reflect and think about what the focus of tomorrow should be... I know I am probably over-thinking this, but, again, am curious how others do it!

I'm doing one check-in every day in the evening, when I feel ready with the day and can summarize it. Also, when I start a new job next week I will not make time for it in the morning. It tends to be very late though, so I feel tired. And one day it was past midnight when I finished, so it ended up on the next day ☺️

I’m 61 years old and from Sweden. Have not been diagnosed, but after reading a few books about ADHD last year it all made sense.
