Q&A + Coaching with Jim is happening in 41 hours
Introduction
Hi, my name is Kerry, I’m from London, and I work as a admin team leader. I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD, finding it a bit overwhelming if I am honest, catching myself looking back over my life and seeing so many instances where it could have been picked up sooner, if only I had known that girls/women could suffer from it too, it wasn’t heard of when I was in school. - I’m here because I want to learn more about ADHD, and avoid the challenges we are all experiencing on a daily basis, to help myself and also other sufferers, things like forgetfulness, fogginess, trying to do too many things at once, avoiding/ignoring the brain chattering and help with procrastination. For fun, I like to: - Paint, Draw, Gardening, candle making, cake making, playing with my cat Smudge, felt animals. I love listening to music, watching movies mainly horrors, but I also love to work (strange, I know) but I do. I have uploading pictures of my plants in my garden as spending time gardening brings me peace and a lot of calm

Learning to trust again
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized the real reason I'm here isn't about getting organized at all. It's about trusting my own brain to show up when it matters, and finally knowing I'm worthy. Turns out my "small" Tuesday-morning wish was the biggest thing all along.
Never knew I had ADHD!
HI I am new, my name is Gina, I in the past year I realized the I have had ADHD all my life and never knew it and now I'm 69 years young!
Intro
I’ve been in the community for awhile but only recently I’ve decided to make the leap of faith. I’m finally ready to do something about this brain of mine. I’m 27 and a mother of 2. My eldest I’m pretty sure is also ADHD and my youngest is the one that made me realise I was spicy in the first place. Both my girls are incredible but oh so different. I can’t wait to embark on this journey with you all!
ADD Nannie
Hi! I am Kay. I’m 54 and from GA. I’m a retired grandmother and helping take care of my two grandsons. I’ve always known I may have ADD but it has gotten worse the past few years. Maybe because of menopause and i am almost a hermit with no friends nowadays. I need to get out and do more for sure.
