🚨 DOORS CLOSING SOON - 6 weeks from now, your life could look like this.
I could spend hours telling you what the 6 week program "Reinvent your ADHD Life" is. I'd rather show you. Below is Cohort 3 on the day they completed the 6-week program, sharing, in their own words, what changed. Just 42 days earlier, they were sitting where you might be today: overwhelmed, skeptical, exhausted, or wondering if anything would finally stick. Now it's their turn to tell the story. If you're wondering whether this could be the right next step for you, start here. More information → Thank you to everyone in Cohort 3 and our continuation members for your courage, honesty, and willingness to share your journey. Your stories will help more people than you know. Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.
Time Blindness...This is an SOS for my son!
I know moat us us have time blindness and most of us have spent YEARS creating little hacks to survive time blindness before we ever knew we had ADHD. Alarms. Calendars. Sticky notes. More alarms. The alarm to remind us to look at the other alarm... Now here's where I need your help. My son is 18 and has AuDHD, along with social anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and sensory processing challenges. He just graduated from high school, and I think the huge life transition has made everything feel even harder. Right now we're working with Vocational Rehabilitation, but as many of you probably know...government paperwork isn't exactly known for moving at lightning speed. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 In the meantime, he's spending ALLLLLLL day on the computer. I know it's his comfort zone, and I'm trying to balance giving him grace while also helping him build some structure and independence. It's such a hard line to walk........ I am even trying to get him to join this group..... no luck... I'm looking at getting one of those visual timers to help him actually "see" time passing. Has anyone used one? Did it help? And can I just say something? I spend so much of my life helping other families navigate child development and neurodivergence. I'm even starting a business doing exactly that. So why does helping my own son and myself, feel like the hardest thing in the world???? Please tell me I'm not the only one...... Tell me what actually helped you after high school??? If you're a parent, what worked for your young adult??? Any tips for helping with time blindness without it feeling like constant nagging him? This group has taught me so much and I'd really value your thoughts....
