Session Three Uploaded!
Session #3 is a bit more intense, and worth every bit of the effort that you expend to produce your gains. Expect your hamstrings to burn a little more, and let the work bless your progress.
Session Five is Live!
Well, it's recorded and uploaded that is. However, there is a new function available for live training with Skool's native live video feature. We will make use of this in the future for special group training events, Q&A, and Meetings with top contributors. Flex Hard!
Straddle training
I have at this point utilized ETS session 1 at least 5-6 times. It is amazing how much depth and benefit can be achieved even within the same training session when repeated with INTENTION.
First ETS session
Just did my first ETS session and I felt sensations in my low back and pelvis that I've never felt before (in a good way). My ability to produce a strong contraction with my hamstring by driving my heel into the floor in that lengthened position is hilariously weak and I get why I've always had issues opening up here now. So excited to keep pushing this paradigm. One question i have is that at one point in the session we're required to internally rotate the leg while you have one hand behind you, until the inside of the foot is on the ground. It seems like i hardly have any ability to internally rotate my hip like that. It rotates maybe 25-30 degrees max, so i basically get zero access to my adductors. Will continuing HOF give me access to that position.
1st session
Just finished enter the straddle session 1 that was hard but good 👍🏿
