#Pike Two is the truth! One of my favorite things about creating the material to share, is creating the material to share. I get to DO the training in a focused, intentional way, and fully present a single set of connected topics within each session and category. This is indeed a wonderful example of the beauties of giving, and its undeniable relationship to how giving gives back with receipts.

Hips of Fury: Squats #5 is Live ‼️
Both series' prove to be some of the biggest challenges per unit of time, of the releases thus far, and the payoffs are fully outstanding. #HOF: Squat Five 11/23/2025 is all of the above. The challenges are wonderful to overcome, and the strength range gained is transformative. The promising access gained in a squat allows for development that contributes heavily to middle split and cossacks. Cossacks are the king of lower body positions, but share that kingdom with a few monarchs that are just barely less in total value. We are headed to places that will only make sense when we get there.
