Introduction
Hello Everyone, I'm a 58-year-old fitness enthusiast from India and have been training with Kettlebells for the last few years. I have started to develop constant niggles and tightness especially in my hip flexors, shoulders/neck, and back. Although, I also devote 50 % of my training time to do mobility work, I have not seen any sustainable improvements. I Found Flex Theory Method through Andre's Instagram and was amazed by the way he moved. My goal is to learn these new methods to reduce the pain patterns and build reasonable mobility. I'm hoping this translates into being able to lift and move freely well into my 60s and beyond. Looking forward to learn from this community and improve in my fitness journey

@Patrick Das welcome! Keep us posted on your progress!
First ETS session
Just did my first ETS session and I felt sensations in my low back and pelvis that I've never felt before (in a good way). My ability to produce a strong contraction with my hamstring by driving my heel into the floor in that lengthened position is hilariously weak and I get why I've always had issues opening up here now. So excited to keep pushing this paradigm. One question i have is that at one point in the session we're required to internally rotate the leg while you have one hand behind you, until the inside of the foot is on the ground. It seems like i hardly have any ability to internally rotate my hip like that. It rotates maybe 25-30 degrees max, so i basically get zero access to my adductors. Will continuing HOF give me access to that position.

Go Coach @Andre Victorian , Go Coach @Andre Victorian! Another milestone! And growing!
Straddle training
I have at this point utilized ETS session 1 at least 5-6 times. It is amazing how much depth and benefit can be achieved even within the same training session when repeated with INTENTION.

@Shane Cote & @Jeremy Pennington excellent insights!
💪🏽
Hey everyone, Aymen here 👋🏽 Came across the group on Facebook and felt like this was the kind of community that could really help me level up the right way. My goal: to build real mastery over my body, strength, control, and movement that actually feels intentional. Biggest challenge: flexibility. I’m basically starting from zero 😅, so I’m here to learn, grow, and pick up the right habits from people who are already on the path. Looking forward to connecting and learning from the experience in this group. Cheers 🥂
