✨ MARCH DETOX FLOW ✨
Alright everyone, here’s the breakdown of what we’re doing this month so you can start preparing. As I explained in the video, last month many of you focused on supporting the liver and bile flow, which helps release toxins stored in the body. But the organs that actually remove those toxins are the kidneys and the lymphatic system. So this month we’re focusing on helping the body move those toxins out properly. Here’s the schedule for March: 🔹 March 20–22 3 Day Water Fast 🔹 March 23–25 3 Day Juice Cleanse Zoom Check-ins during the fasting phase: • March 21 – 1am (30 mins long) • March 24 – 1am (30 mins long) After that reset phase we begin the deeper detox. 🔹 March 27 – April 5 The River Of Self Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse Zoom calls during this phase: • March 29 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 1 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 4 – 1am (30 mins long) The Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse course will be released in about a week and a half, so use this time to start preparing your body for the detox phases coming up. We will also have a private WhatsApp support group for this cleanse so we can stay connected and support each other during the process. ⚠️ The WhatsApp group will be available only for Gold and VIP members. If you’d like to participate in the WhatsApp support group and you’re not currently in those tiers, now is your chance to upgrade. Leo will also be creating two energetic support MP3s for this month: • One for the fasting/cleansing phase • One for the kidney & lymph detox phase These are optional, but highly recommended if you want to support the energetics of the organs and nervous system during detox. Each MP3 will be $37. This entire detox protocol for the month, including the fasting guidance, the kidney & lymphatic cleanse, the Zoom support calls, and the WhatsApp group, will be available only for our Gold and VIP members. None of this will be available for the free tier. If you’re currently in the free tier and would like to participate in this month’s detox and support calls, now is the time to upgrade so you can join us before everything begins.

🍄 Raw Vegan Garlic Mushroom “Stroganoff Bowl”
This is one of those meals that feels warm, grounding, and comforting… but still keeps your body in a cleansing + repairing state ✨ Perfect for dinner when you want something more “filling” without slowing your detox. 🛒 INGREDIENTS - Mushrooms 🍄 - 2 cups mushrooms (cremini or button), sliced - 1 tbsp coconut aminos - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tsp olive oil (optional) - 1 garlic clove (minced) - Pinch sea salt + black pepper Creamy Sauce 🥣 - ½ cup soaked cashews - ¼ cup water - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 small garlic clove - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) - Pinch salt Base 🥒 - 2 zucchini (spiralized into noodles) 👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Marinate the mushrooms 🍄 Mix everything together and let sit 15–20 minutes 👉 This softens them and gives that “cooked” texture 2. Blend the sauce 🥣 Blend until smooth + creamy Add more water if needed 3. Decluttering the Kitchen
While I am pretty good at going through my stuff and deciding do I want it or not. It occurred to me that they was a fair amount of kitchen stuff that I would never use again. Mostly because how I cook has changed. The local thrift store for animals is going to be getting about 6 boxes of stuff!
