Overwhelmed
@JoJo Light Jojo I feel like my body is overwhelmed. Is it too many supplements, or too many anti-parasitic herbs at once, or is it my nervous system? I feel shaky, not stable in my body since Friday. I cannot quite pinpoint what in going on. Trying to rebalance into my now moment. Thanks

@JoJo Light thank you Jojo. I will take less supplements, but keep taking anti-parasitic herbs. Tincture form ended yesterday. I will keep taking pills. And up the binders. Can I take all till Sunday (flight day)?

🍠 Roasted Purple & Sweet Potato Power Bowl (Creamy Citrus Tahini)
✨ Ingredients Roasted Base - 1 purple sweet potato (cubed) - 1 orange sweet potato (cubed) - 1 tbsp olive oil - Pinch sea salt - Optional: paprika + garlic powder Fresh + Cooked Add-ins - 1 cup quinoa or brown rice - 1 zucchini (lightly sautéed or raw ribbons) - 1 carrot (shredded) - ½ red cabbage (thinly sliced) - Handful fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) Creamy Citrus Tahini Sauce - 2 tbsp tahini - Juice of 1 orange 🍊 - Juice of ½ lemon 🍋 - 1 small garlic clove - Small piece fresh ginger - Splash water (to thin) - Pinch sea salt 🥣 Instructions 1. Soup from broth veggies
I've just made a soup from the veggies from the broth. Mostly it were beetroots, carrots, selery root and parsley root. Added two tsp of soy sauce, 1 garlic clove and fresh dill. On top there are chopped cashews, micro greens and olive oil. Walnuts also go very well with the slitly sweet beetroot taste. I have a soup program in Bledtec, so it come out already warm 🙂

Let’s Talk About Food (And What’s Really Coming Up)
Hey beautiful beings 🤍 I can see a lot of you are struggling with food right now, so let’s talk about it. This isn’t just about diet… it’s about the patterns and habits around food that are coming up as your body starts to change. And this isn’t just about what you’re eating… this is about programs. Programs around: - food - control - comfort - fullness - restriction - even eating disorder patterns for some of you When you go from the way you’ve been eating your whole life… into something like raw vegan… it doesn’t just change the body, it starts to expose everything underneath it. And that can feel intense. Now, I want to be really clear on something… When you’re doing a parasite cleanse, heavy metal detox, fasting, liver flush… any type of deep cleanse… 👉 Raw vegan is the most ideal Because it starves parasites, it removes what feeds them, and it allows the body to go into a much deeper level of cleansing and healing. But… The reason so many of you are feeling: - sluggish - emotional - uncomfortable - triggered around food is because the body is going through what’s called a Herx reaction / healing crisis. This is when: - toxins are being released faster than the body can comfortably eliminate - parasites are being starved and dying off - the body is recalibrating and repairing So what you’re feeling… is not random. Your body is literally trying to heal itself. Now here’s the part that’s important 🤍 Not everyone can just jump straight into raw vegan and feel good. Because if you’ve never even been vegan before… this is a huge shift for the body. At this point for me it is overeating. It is not always, mainly when I am not grounded, then I eat all that is on my plate even after I feel satiated. Or I eat too fast, like when I start eating like some unconscious mode kicks in and I sometimes I am aware what is happening and it still continues. Also I do not like restrictions. It triggers me most of the time when I am out of balance or emotions comes up and I am looking for comfort in food. My comfort food is dates, kimchi, sauerkraut, fermented cucambers, pineapple. Thank you Jojo for all the guidance and support💓🎉✨ Can't wait for all of these programs to go.
