Hey guys I found fresh tumeric today ! I haven’t ever seen it before in this store . I was going to use it in tumeric ginger shots but maybe I’ll do other things with it . Anyone else use this for their shots or just powder ?

Clove tea, black seed, and honey… I really recommend this little tea! I just made it because I ate too fast and my stomach felt heavy and bloated. It helped me release all the gas and I felt relieved right away. 🙃

I have a dehydrator I haven’t used in years. Will have to give this a try. Any particular kind of nutritional yeast better than others?

Hi Jojo, I really haven’t started detoxing yet. I am trying to figure out how to adapt my current diet. I used to follow medical medium info, so I juice celery do lemon water and morning smoothies. I am usually raw until dinner. What do you recommend with salt and fat? Medical medium was big on lowering them as much as possible. I take a lot of herbs etc.
