Thank you to @Monja De Jager who recommended castor oil on the eyelids and in the eyes. I'm obsessed with organic castor oil now! I've been using it for my 👀eyes and on 2nd and 3rd day my eyes are not tired, they feel very comfortable and relaxed. Feel moisturised and no reddness from where there was the vein looking things inner and outer area when you look sideways.. And wow my eyes are really shiny and the whites of my eyes are super bright, noticeably different by me and others 😃. How often is everyone using it on or in their eyes? Jojo is it ok to use on and in eyes daily? To cleanse and moisturise? Its felt very nice so far.

Okay last post! I promise 😅♡ So I stopped doing the enemas 3 months ago and I released heaps and heaps of old mucous plaque that was full of bit & bobs and parasites in the months prior. I just wanted to share what 2-3 months new build up of mucous looks like and you can just imagine what would happen over years of build up. The brown stuff is just brown jelly mucous substance... this was released a few hours after enema- I just loosened it (and also coz I healed my butt traumas I was able to do a little jumping on trampoline with enema in to shake it around like a blender ...absolutely couldnt do it before coz i just had urge to get the fluid out but now im super relaxed with it 😅) 》please don't try this at home ...a bowel circular massage will suffice 😂) This is covering my bowel walls which stop the flow of toxins out and also nutrients in via the cells...I would liken it to using glad/cling wrap to cover food- difficult for anything to go in or out 🐛🍊🍋🪱
