Reaction to eggs
Hi Jojo! Been following a vegan diet mixture of raw/cooked for a couple months now. However..I decided to have eggs in my breakfast this morning, I haven’t eaten them in ages. I started feeling really nauseous while eating and as soon as I finished I had to run to the sink because I was dry retching so much. This happens to me sometimes with eggs & I couldn’t eat them for a while because of it. This is the most intense reaction I’ve had to them in a long time, I feel like I’ve poisoned myself & all I can taste is metal now. I’ve been mostly vegan other than that for a couple months. Still feeling so sick. Is this because I’m not in that program (protein etc) anymore? Or is it more an allergy/energetic type reaction? Or just density of eggs in general? Ugh it’s such a yuck feeling after clearing so much with the previous parasite mp3. Thanks :)

@JoJo Light alive beings , fetuses 😩!!!! When you put it that way I don’t think I could go there again .. and I liked eggs . Haven’t had eggs in I think a year so dont know what my body would do if I ate them 🫣.
THE PROTEIN MYTH – WHAT YOU’VE BEEN TAUGHT ISN’T THE FULL TRUTH 🤍
Let’s talk about “protein” because this is one of the biggest programs people are still holding onto. Most of you have been taught: - you need high protein - you need meat to build muscle - you can’t survive or thrive without it But this is where we need to pause and actually understand what the body is doing. 🧠 What the body ACTUALLY uses The body does not use protein in the form you eat it. 👉 The body uses amino acids Protein is just: ➡️ chains of amino acids linked together So when you eat meat, eggs, or even plant protein powders… Your body has to: 1. break it down 2. convert it into amino acids 3. then rebuild what it actually needs That process takes energy, enzymes, and effort ⚠️ Why animal protein is heavier on the body When you consume meat: - it is dense and acidic - harder to digest - takes longer to break down - creates more metabolic waste 👉 meaning your body has to work harder just to get to the amino acids This is why people often feel: - heavy after eating - sluggish - inflamed over time 🌿 Fruits & vegetables – what’s really happening Fruits and vegetables contain: - amino acids - minerals - structured water - enzymes 👉 in a form that is much easier for the body to access So instead of: “break down → convert → rebuild” It’s more like: 👉 absorb → use Less stress on the system Less waste More efficiency 💪 “But what about muscle?” This is where the biggest myth comes in. You do NOT build muscle from “protein” alone. You build muscle from: - amino acids - minerals - proper cellular function - nervous system regulation - and your body actually being able to UTILIZE what you give it There are plenty of people building muscle on plant-based diets because the body: 👉 uses what it can absorb, not what you overload it with 🧬 The deeper layer (this matters) If your body: - isn’t absorbing properly - is inflamed - has gut issues Then it doesn’t matter how much “protein” you eat

You know I always felt as a younger person .. that the way to loose weight , maintain weight was not to eat that much . But also knew that this was connected to eating disorder mentality. Still that’s what always was always playing in my mind when thinking about weight, health , and the body.. “you dont need to eat much food and it is supposed to be that way “. My intuition maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️. So I would do this and be fine . But then the chatter of 3 meals a day .. eat more protein ..the aging programing and menopausal weight gain , inflammation programing crept in and so did the weight gain . But I always knew on some level that we didn’t need much food.

I’m currently on day 3 of the 7 Day Juice Cleanse that you have here in the Classroom . It’s going well . I’m drinking teas and mono juicing to reset my body . Then it’s off to retreat so I won’t be doing HM or parasite detox till I return . I would like to join the colon cleanse in May . Will that be possible if I didn’t do the HM and parasite cleanse according to the schedule you have here ?
