All must be stable around me in order to go to juicing or fasting . Concentrate on making new home and then juice again ! I think jojo said we are doing it again in a month . @Sarah Burke They are great for when you share small space and wanting not to hear someone in another room . Particularly if your sleeping or even when I’m in group healing .. I don’t want to hear my partner talking on phone or tv on . Can run anywhere from $25.00 to $100.00 . You can look on Amazon search for “noise machine for sleeping “. Mine was $70.... but I just get a bit crazy with quality and ending up somewhere in the middle to high end of a price point . I think you don’t have to go that high if money is tight . But read reviews you’ll often find a good one that way . Could be a trauma if sound and noise feels like torture . I never thought of that . Go in and see if anything like that is there if you can connect to self . Or maybe Jojo would know if that’s a thing .

If your having any issues I’m sure you could reach out to jojo to tune in . The grapes were hard on my system and I been to bathroom a lot today . But the grapes are powerful so . But jojo tuned in to the need for me to drink marshmallow tea and electrolytes. No more grape juice today . Also I felt a bit of anxiety. (coming from the parasites according to jojo) because they are dying . I did anxiety mp3 for that . ❤️
