Most people struggle with muscle ups, handstand push ups, or unlocking the planche and front lever. It’s not because they’re weak - it’s because they don’t have a roadmap. That’s what this membership gives you: a clear, step-by-step path to elite calisthenics. Here’s what you get: 💎Muscle Up Program (7+ Levels) - Build explosive pulling strength and clean technique. ❤️‍🔥Handstand Push Up Program (12+ Levels) - Go from wall support to freestanding reps. ⚜️Planche & Front Lever System (7+ Levels) - Unlock two of the most respected skills in the sport. 🍔Bulking & Cutting Blueprint (17 Steps) - Remove the guesswork around nutrition, shredding, and massing. 📚On top of that, every program gets monthly updates. So your training library keeps growing without extra cost. 💬You’ll also get access to a private Telegram group with Daemon and Cheng Wee (our Founders). Ask direct questions, get direct answers, no waiting. 🔑The truth is simple: without a system, you’ll keep guessing, stalling, and spinning your wheels. With it, you’ll have a proven roadmap that actually works. ⛳️The only question is—are you ready to commit, or are you fine watching others pass you by? 👉 Click here to join Caliversity Premium

Lean Bulking
Lets say a person who only trains his upper body with calisthenics(skills, basics) wants to do a lean bulk. He does the lean bulk correctly. But since he isnt training his legs, would he be gaining the weight and muscle mass slower compared to the guy who trains legs? Cuz if u train legs, u have more muscles. What r u guys' thoughts on this?

Be Grateful. (Important)
It's actually important as fuck to be grateful. It gives you a bunch of the good brain chemical's, and limits your stress, reduces your anxiety (It's actually impossible to feel anxiety and gratitude at the same time), making you a much more attractive human (to guys and girls). Many guys go their whole lives without showing gratitude, and they don't realize how quickly it can end... Take Charlie Kirk, father, debater, public figure of free speech.... Shot dead at age 31. Life is short, so don't put off this next action step... ACTION STEP: Write down literally one sentence of something you're grateful for. It can be something stupid like the keyboard or phone you're typing on. Feel free to add more if you want, but here's mine: 1. I'm grateful for the coffee call I had with Pawel inside of my community, we essentially just made jokes the entire time (he's German so I brought up WWII, and I'm American so he brought up politician's n'shit lmfao). We got to go over his training and my training, along with my goals and his goals, and it was just overall a fun time. 2. I'm grateful for my keyboard, I'll never get sick of typing on it. Genuinely it just is satisfying, and since I type kind of fast it makes it even nicer to type on it (You like things you're good at, think about that next time you go to train and there's a movement or progression you don't like). 3. I'm grateful for my community, subs, followers, because being able to touch the lives of 100s of people genuinely inspires the fuck out of me to do better, and I will do better as a result of it. Cheers, -- Brandon

I really am thinking to buy a adjustable vest ( 20 kgs ) if u guys have any recommendations, pls , feel free to share them with me and also , I am a student so ..pls if u guys have some cheaper ones , than I will be grateful to you. Thank you.
